Order Cancellation Criteria

Orders may be cancelled:

• Before restaurant acceptance.
• If the restaurant cannot prepare the order.
• If delivery is unavailable.

Customer Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation before food preparation begins.

Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
